Small Victories = Small Waists

I made a rather important triumph today! We had pizza for supper tonight, which just happens to be one of my favorite fat-making foods ever, and managed to have only one small piece and some diet Root Beer. Just ONE PIECE. That sounds really stupid, but to me it is a huuuuge hurdle that I just overcame. Eventually I hope to just be eating a half slice every time I'm with the family or out with friends. Hurrah!
