Hey lovely, please don't get too down on yourself. I know you feel awful right now but you'll will be alright. You can still claim those smaller numbers on the scale. It's so tempting just to sit and wallow in your disappointment, but we can't. We must stand up and use up those calories!

sometimes it is not such a bad thing to have a binge,, it keeps your metabolism guessing and if you are good tomorrow perhaps you will lose some!!!
If you keep it on your mind and put yourself down you are more likely to binge again tomorrow! Let it go and wake up to a new day!
Just breathe and carry on!
