Yoga has definitely become one of my favorite things to do! I put on a pair of my favorite yoga cut-offs and they fit quite a bit looser than a week ago. Maybe I'm to the point where I'm imagining everything fitting looser and my waist becoming smaller. I think I may stay in that fantasy world if that is the case and keep losing weight. Weigh-in tonight again (probably right after school or something). I'm actually rather excited to see how much I've lost. Hopefully I didn't just jinx myself.
I feel very positive today. I have my first semester test in Physics today. It will be super easy too! 20 questions, open book, and two days to work on it. We hardly ever do things in that class anyway, so I will hopefully just breeze by.
Caved in and had breakfast today. I started taking some new meds for my Colitis and it said to take them with food in the stomach. I didn't want to risk feeling sick all day so I had 3/4 cup Captain Crunch cereal, 1/2 cup soy milk, and a cup of coffee. Altogether: 175 calories. Not bad really, but I am going to try to keep it under 700 today. I haven't been regulating and keeping track of my calories enough lately. Hopefully this will help with making my goal weight.
I'm running out of my SlimQuick pills, so I'll have to run to Walgreens again Thursday night. I think I may try some different pills this time. Have any suggestions? I found the AcaiBerry pills and the Vinegar Cider pills. I haven't decided which to get yet. I want to read more reviews on both before I buy either one.
Still busy with graduation prep. I'm happy I decided to have snow cones instead of an actual cake. I can actually eat a snow cone without bingeing on a ton of calories. That's a big relief. With nearly 200 people eating all around me, I don't think my will power will hold up hardly at all. I'm going to Target to try to find some "Light" syrups (maybe blue raspberry?).
Well, I should probably get back to doing this last bit of homework in statistics. I am so ready for school to be done with now.
I'll update after the weigh-in tonight!
Stay Strong, Beautiful Skinnys!
